Here is what you need to know about creating a signature in Gmail. Seeing as my sister had trouble finding settings, I decided to throw in a tutorial about how to find and create a signature in Gmail. The tutorial is short and to the point. Simply follow the steps below.

How to Create a Signature in Gmail: Step-by-Step Tutorial (Quick Answer)
- Open Gmail and click the [More] link in the left menu.
- Then click [Manage labels].
- Under the "General" tab, scroll down to the "Signature" section.
- Click on the button "Create new" to create your first signature.
- In the text box, enter the name of your signature. Click the [Create] button.
- Use the text box on the right to create your first signature.
- If you want to change the text style or the color, add an image to your signature, use the available options below the editor text box.
- Once you have completed your task, don't forget to save it, by clicking the [Save Changes] button at the very bottom of the page.
- Under Signature defaults set your preferences for the signature to appear in your future emails. Your signature will now appear automatically at the end of any newly created email.
